Pouches with a surprise
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. You can make surprise-filled pouches with fish, meat, mushrooms, eggs, or even fruits. I use ready-made puff pastry for this recipe. Let it sit at room temperature until thawed, then you can start cooking. Today I'm making two types of filling: one half will be with chicken and onion, the other with sausage and cheese. You can choose any other filling you like. If you plan to serve these appetizers at a festive table, you can prepare individual pouches with each guest's favorite filling as a culinary surprise. Serve with tea or coffee.
