Mexican Taco
Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. I want to point out right away that the filling here can be absolutely anything—the variety in this case knows no bounds. Here is one possible option. Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. Ready-made flatbreads can be purchased at the store, but they are also fairly easy to make yourself. To do this, combine flour and warm water in a bowl.
- 2
Step 2

2. Mix thoroughly, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for about 15 minutes. Then take out the dough. This is how it turned out.
- 3
Step 3

3. Divide the dough into 14-16 equal pieces.
- 4
Step 4

4. Place a sheet of plastic wrap on the work surface, put the dough on it, and cover with another sheet of plastic wrap on top.
- 5
Step 5

5. Roll out the dough fairly thin.
- 6
Step 6

6. Cut out an even round piece.
- 7
Step 7

7. Place on a dry skillet and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- 8
Step 8

8. Remove from the skillet and roll it up right away like this. If the flatbread cools, it will simply crack.
- 9
Step 9

9. When the flatbreads are ready, you can prepare the filling. In a skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil, sauté the onion diced into cubes.
- 10
Step 10

10. Add the ground meat to it.
- 11
Step 11

11. Fry, stirring, for about 10 minutes. Then add the piquant spices, mix, and fry the ground meat until cooked through.
- 12
Step 12

12. Place a little ground meat on the flatbread, add some chopped tomatoes, lettuce leaves, and grated cheese.
