Mexican chocolate cookies
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. You can use any nuts; in this recipe, pecans are used. Be sure to add chocolate and vanilla extract, even though chocolate and cocoa are already included. You can prepare the dough in advance and store it in the refrigerator. The cookies turn out crumbly yet soft. They can be served with tea or coffee.
