Mexican Sandwich

Description
Perfect for the table and for drinks. When choosing a hard cheese, go with the one you like best. Sausage works well not only smoked but also boiled. However, if you don't like it, replace it with meat that you can either boil in advance or bake in the oven.

Prepare the ingredients.

In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ground black pepper, mustard, and minced garlic. Mix.

Cut half a mini baguette in half.

Brush it with the prepared sauce.

Place the sausage, cut into cubes.

Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan with vegetable oil.

Place the mushrooms on top of the sausage.

Grate hard cheese on top.
