Mexican quesadilla
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Mexican quesadilla is a very tasty dish that's quite easy to prepare. The most interesting and tricky part of the cooking process is flipping the quesadillas. I've never managed to flip one perfectly without anything spilling out. Maybe you'll succeed :) The classic quesadilla recipe is slightly different from this one, but the cooking principle remains the same. I can add that the filling can include various ingredients (whatever you have in the fridge), such as sausage, canned beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, and so on endlessly. Good luck! Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the chicken into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and fry in a skillet with a small amount of oil.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the onion and pepper.
- 3
Step 3

We also fry the onion and pepper in a frying pan.
- 4
Step 4

Open a can of spicy pickled jalapeño peppers.
- 5
Step 5

Then add a little oil to the pan and place the tortilla in it. Fry for 10 seconds on each side. Then do the same with the second tortilla.
- 6
Step 6

Place the onion and pepper on the tortilla first, then the chicken, peppers, and finally top with shredded cheese.
- 7
Step 7

Cover it with a second tortilla and press it down with a spatula. It's important not to burn the tortilla, so reduce the heat to minimum. Then perform a tricky maneuver—flip the quesadilla. Heat it for a bit longer, then transfer it onto a plate.

Step 8

We repeat this maneuver three times (a total of 6 tortillas). Then we slice and serve with a delicious sauce, such as pesto or salsa.
