Megrelian khachapuri
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. As you can see, the process is not complicated, but the result will definitely surprise you. My husband and older son love Megrelian khachapuri with various sauces—garlic, sour cream, or simply with ketchup. You can optionally add herbs to the filling, and use suluguni, feta, or salted cottage cheese for the cheese. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
