Description
The drink is prepared quickly and easily. All ingredients are for a three-liter jar. Keep the lemon in hot water for 5 minutes, then squeeze its juice into half a liter of boiled, cooled water. Add honey and sugar, stir, cover with gauze, and leave at room temperature for 24 hours. Filter, pour into bottles, and add raisins. Close the bottles with lids, securing them with string around the necks. Store in the cold for a week.
