Honey cake in a multicooker

Description

The baking is simple and quick. To prepare honey cake in a multicooker, mix honey, eggs, sour cream, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Add sifted flour and baking soda. Stir everything thoroughly—it's quite thick at first, but we keep going. Gradually, the mixture slightly "thins out," and the batter reaches a sour cream-like consistency. Pour the batter into the multicooker pot greased with butter, but don't overdo the greasing—we don't want a greasy doughnut. Bake the cake in "bake" mode for 60 minutes. While the cake is baking, whip sour cream and condensed milk for the frosting until smooth. After baking, remove the cake from the multicooker about 10 minutes later using the steaming basket. Now pour the frosting over the cake. The cake rises significantly!!! It's very fluffy, soft, and yields a generous amount. And the honey aroma is amazing! Sweet, but just right in my opinion—perfect with unsweetened tea or milk. If you're not satisfied with this simple recipe for honey cake in a multicooker, you can get creative: slice it horizontally into several layers, spread them with frosting (preferably mixed with crushed nuts), and stack them. Such a cake will be perfect on cold winter or autumn evenings, served with mint tea.
