
Honey baskets with raspberries
Description
Honey dough by itself is very tasty. From it you can probably make any dessert! And you can make any kind of cream, I like the creamy one the most. You can add to the cream, for example, Mascarpone cheese or vanilla extract, or you can even make a custard cream. Experiment Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Place the margarine on the stove to let it start melting. Add honey and sugar. Bring to a boil.

Add the soda. The container should be deep, because when the soda is added the mixture will start to foam.

Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until it turns a caramel color. Then remove from heat and let it cool to a warm temperature.

Stir the eggs and flour into the cooled mixture. You may need more flour. Knead a soft, non‑sticky dough.

From the ready dough, form little baskets using special molds and place them in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 10 minutes. Let the finished baskets cool.

For the cream, beat the cream with powdered sugar.

Decorate the baskets with cream and fresh raspberries. Let them sit in the refrigerator for a while.
