Honey muffins with bananas and dates

Description

Beat the eggs with honey and sugar (you can slightly warm the honey to dissolve the sugar faster). Separately, beat the butter. Sift the flour with cinnamon and baking powder. Chop the dates into small pieces and mix them into the flour. Add the eggs beaten with honey and sugar, as well as the butter, into the flour mixture. At the very end, add banana puree made from two bananas. Now thoroughly mix everything together. Grease the baking molds with butter and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Fill the molds with the banana batter and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 40 minutes. Once the cupcakes are taken out of the oven, drizzle them with honey. Our cupcakes are ready. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
