Instructions
- 1
Step 1

The dough is prepared like a sponge cake: beat eggs with sugar (you can use a mixer). Without stopping the beating, add melted (liquid) honey.
- 2
Step 2

Sift the flour well. Slowly add it to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
- 3
Step 3

At the very end, add lemon zest, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix everything well using a whisk or a fork.
- 4
Step 4

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and sprinkle with sugar
- 5
Step 5

Pour the batter into the pot. Set the "Bake" mode and leave for 40 minutes. Do not open the lid to prevent the batter from collapsing.
- 6
Step 6

Prepare the cream: thoroughly whisk sour cream with condensed milk
- 7
Step 7

Remove the biscuit. Let it cool slightly.
- 8
Step 8

Cut the biscuit into layers. Spread the layers with cream.

Step 9

Decorate the pie with cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
