
Honey cake with banana and kiwi
Description
The honey cake is prepared with the addition of banana and kiwi. If you don’t like some of the fruits, you can confidently use others. Oranges, pineapples, cherry berries work well. The cream can be made sour‑cream‑based or dairy‑based. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Place butter in a pot, add honey and a cup of sugar.

Transfer the melted mixture into a bowl.

When the mixture has cooled slightly, beat in the eggs. Stir.

Sift the wheat flour through a sieve.
