Medium-rare steak with vegetables
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. There's nothing better than cutting off a piece of juicy, rare meat, putting it in your mouth, and enjoying it with a good red wine. But! Please note: what comes out of a juicy steak is not blood! It's meat juice. It's perfectly safe, and its red color comes from the protein myoglobin. Even if we imagine that you took defective meat (and the presence of blood is indeed a defect) containing blood and decided to cook it, the blood would coagulate and turn black during heating. The finished dish can now be served.
