
Medallions with potatoes

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until cooked (but not overcooked).

Cut the meat into portion pieces, 2-3 cm thick, and pound both sides. Rub with salt and spices to taste.

Sear the medallions on both sides over high heat. Then reduce the heat and cook the meat until done.

Remove the cooked meat, and on the same skillet, sauté the onion cut into feathers.

Add the butter and sliced potatoes to the onion. Gently mix and sauté everything together for a couple of minutes.
