
Turkey medallions in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cooking turkey dishes is always a pleasure, especially when turkey turns out delicious with vegetables in a multicooker. You can prepare turkey medallions in a multicooker from the drumstick or fillet. Medallions made from the drumstick are juicier. Serve hot.

1. Medallions can be made from shank or fillet. In this recipe, we will use the shank.

2. Cut the drumstick into pieces no thicker than 1.5 cm.

3. Marinate the meat in lemon juice with spices, leave for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, sauté the onion.

4. Sear the meat in a multicooker or skillet, then place the onion on top of the meat and bake in the multicooker for another 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can place the meat with onion directly into the multicooker and bake until fully cooked.

5. As a side dish, you can serve salad, fresh vegetables, or any other side dish made from porridge or potatoes. You can also prepare any sauce to your liking. Turkey goes very well with tomato or creamy garlic sauce.
