Turkey medallions in the oven
Description
Medallions prepared according to this recipe turn out very tender thanks to the use of marinade and baking in foil. They go well with almost any side dish. When serving, the medallions can be sprinkled with finely chopped herbs or garnished with fresh vegetables (bell peppers, tomatoes, etc.).

Step 1

Rinse turkey medallions under cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Prepare a marinade using lemon juice, salt, spices, vegetable oil, and garlic pressed through a garlic press. Add the marinade to the bowl with the medallions. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Step 2

Prepare large squares of foil and place one marinated medallion on each. Fold the foil over the medallions to form envelope-like packets. Place the packets on a regular baking sheet or skillet and put them into a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Cooking usually takes about half an hour.
