
Honey with nuts
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any nuts and honey according to your taste. The only condition is that the honey must be liquid, so it can coat the nuts without heating, preserving their beneficial properties. Serve chilled.

Prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the nut mixture and scald with boiling water. Let the water drain off. Place the nuts on a towel and let them absorb excess moisture.

Spread the dried nuts on a baking sheet and dry in the oven at a temperature not exceeding 70 degrees until the moisture has evaporated. Let cool.

Place the nut mixture into a clean and dry jar. Large nuts can be broken into smaller pieces.

Pour honey over the nuts in two to three batches, stirring the mixture with a spoon so that each nut is coated with a honey "cloak."
