Matbucha
Description
Homemade sauce recipe. When peppers and tomatoes are in abundance, you can make Matbukha. This is an incredibly aromatic and delicious sauce. Those who like spicy can add hot chili pepper. I prepared a milder version of this sauce. It's a great addition to pasta, fish, stewed cabbage, and potatoes. Quick and easy to prepare.
