Boletus mushrooms stewed with potatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This is a classic recipe for cooking boletus mushrooms stewed with potatoes. Peel the boletus mushrooms, rinse them, then sauté with onion and garlic in butter and olive oil. Also fry dried white mushrooms together with the boletus—they will add extra aroma to the dish. At the end, add sour cream and simmer over medium heat. I think it's better to boil the potatoes beforehand. Have a nice day. Serve hot.
