Boletus mushrooms over an open fire
Description
This is a simple recipe for cooking boletus mushrooms over a campfire. You'll need fresh, just-picked boletus mushrooms. Clean and rinse the mushrooms very thoroughly, as you won't want to find forest debris in your dish later. Sauté the onion over medium heat, then set the onion aside and fry the mushrooms in the same pot. After half an hour, add sour cream and salt, then at the end mix in garlic together with the fried onion. Good luck!
