Buttery Blini
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. Why such a name? We add melted butter to the batter, and we brush the finished pancakes with a pat of the same butter. You can also sprinkle them with sugar or salt, whichever you prefer. They’re best eaten piping hot—straight from the pan—with sweet tea. The aroma and flavor of these pancakes are wonderful! Give them a try—you might add them to your recipe collection. They’re ready. Serve them at the table.
