The Moroccan flatbreads turned out very tasty; what especially draws you in is the simplicity of flavor. While baking they puff up and a small “pocket” forms inside. Cut one open and you can put in everything you usually put on a sandwich. These tasty flatbreads work well simply instead of bread, and they’re also a great option for picnics. Worth keeping in mind!
