Apple jelly
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If desired, you can use sugar instead of honey, but it should be added while heating the mixture over low heat, constantly stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. The jelly also turns out especially attractive when using food coloring. In this case, the ready hot jelly should be divided into several portions. Just one drop of coloring is enough to give the jelly a beautiful hue. The finished dessert can be served at the table.
