Jelly candy in chocolate

120 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Making jelly candy with chocolate coating is quite simple. Bring berries to a boil with a small amount of water, then strain them through a sieve and boil again with agar-agar and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Pour the warm jelly into molds and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. While it sets, prepare the chocolate. Put cocoa butter, one tablespoon of sugar, and one tablespoon of water into a saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring until a smooth mixture forms. Then add cocoa powder, mix well, and remove from heat. Cool the chocolate to 40 degrees Celsius and pour it over the set jelly. Place the chocolate-coated candies in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then they are ready to serve.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

Bring the berries to a boil with water, then strain through a sieve.

  2. 2

    Step 2

Add 3 tablespoons of sugar, agar-agar, and bring to a boil over low heat.

  3. 3

    Step 3

After a minute, remove the marmalade from the heat, let it stand for a while, then pour it into molds and refrigerate for half an hour.

  4. 4

    Step 4

Place cocoa butter, one tablespoon of sugar, and one tablespoon of water into a saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring until a smooth mixture forms. Then add cocoa powder, mix well, and remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Step 5

Remove the set jelly from the mold.

  6. 6

    Step 6

Place it on a sieve. Pour warm chocolate over it. The chocolate temperature should be around 40 degrees, so it won't melt the marshmallow, but also won't harden too soon. Put the chocolate-coated candies into the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then they are ready to be served.
