Jelly in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. Start by preparing the apples. Wash them thoroughly, dry, and peel, removing the core. 2. Cut the apples into small slices or cubes. 3. Place the apples into the multicooker bowl and set it to the "Baking" mode for 50–60 minutes. This recipe for making jelly in a multicooker also works well for apple puree, which additionally reduces cooking time. 4. Once the apples are baked, let them cool slightly, then pass them through a sieve or blend with a blender (after blending, it's better to also pass through a sieve to make the jelly more uniform). 5. Add sugar to the prepared puree to taste (the amount depends on the sweetness of the apples) and a pinch of cinnamon if desired. Mix everything thoroughly and return the mixture to the bowl. 6. The main preparation time for this jelly usually involves drying, which can take up to 2 days. However, in a multicooker at home, you can dry the mixture in the bowl using the "Baking" mode in just 40–45 minutes. It's better to stir the puree periodically to ensure it sets evenly. 7. Prepare a mold, preferably lined with parchment paper. Transfer the finished puree into the mold and leave it for a couple of hours to set completely. Once set, the jelly can be cut into pieces or shaped using cookie cutters. Serve the ready dessert.
