1140 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The hardworking multicooker will help us make excellent jelly. First, chop the apples and place them in the multicooker with a small amount of water. Cook for half an hour in the "Soup" mode. Meanwhile, squeeze the juice from the citrus fruits. Let the cooked apples cool, then pass them through a sieve and mix with sugar and citrus juice. Cook for 1.5 hours in the multicooker using the "Baking" mode, stirring occasionally. Pour the ready jelly mixture into a mold lined with plastic wrap and let it cool and set completely for several hours. Then cut into pieces, sprinkle with powdered sugar or roll the pieces in granulated sugar if desired, and serve.
