Description

You can make jelly according to GOST standards using any juice or homemade compote. The finished jelly can be cut into squares or, using your imagination, shaped into interesting figures using metal cutters.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Pour the fruit juice into a saucepan. Bring it to a boil.

    Add agar-agar.

    Boil the juice for 1 minute.

    Line the molds with plastic wrap and pour the prepared juice into them.
