Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can make delicious, additive-free apple jam at home. But I should warn you: the process isn't very quick and will require patience. The hardest part is to pass the apples through a sieve. If you're making jam for the first time, I recommend peeling the apples, as they'll be easier to sieve. However, most of the pectin—the substance that makes jam set—is found in apple peels, so experienced and patient cooks may choose not to peel the apples. Here's the recipe for natural apple jam—let's not be lazy and get cooking. The ready dessert can now be served.

Instructions

  9. 9

    Step 9

After 5-6 hours, turn on the oven again, flip the sheet to the other side, and dry the jelly for another 2-3 hours at the same temperature.
