Cherry jam
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make beautiful cherry jelly, blend pitted cherries into a puree using a blender, strain through a sieve, then bring to a boil with sugar and vanilla. After boiling, add pre-soaked agar-agar and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Line a jelly mold with plastic wrap, pour in the jelly mixture, and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for half an hour. Cut the ready jelly into pieces and serve. The finished dessert can be served at the table.
