
Wine jelly
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This jelly tastes best when made with red wine "Isabella" or a similar wine with comparable flavor and aroma. Adjust the sweetness to your taste. Serve chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making wine jelly.

Sprinkle the gelatin into a bowl and pour half of the wine over it. Leave it on the counter to swell for 40–60 minutes, depending on the instructions.

After the gelatin has swollen, pour red wine into a saucepan and place over medium heat.

Add sugar, stir until dissolved. Remove from heat.

Place the swollen gelatin and mix until smooth.

Cool the wine mixture and pour it into molds or simply into a flat dish.

Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set. Then dip the mold in hot water for a few seconds and remove the jelly.
