Jam-based jelly candy

Description

You can make jelly from any type of jam, regardless of flavor. If you choose a jam with pieces of fruit or berries, the jelly will turn out very original! And if the jam is more uniform, the jelly will be traditional. Sometimes I roll the jelly in coconut flakes.

Instructions

   Step 1

   Pour the jam into a saucepan.

   Dissolve the gelatin in warm water.

   Add to the jam and mix well.

   For faster thickening, you can simmer over medium heat for a bit.

   Pour the jelly into a mold and leave to set. You can refrigerate it for a couple of hours.

   The jelly made from jam is ready! All that's left is to cut it into cubes and roll in sugar or powdered sugar.
