Pumpkin jelly with gelatin at home
Description
Store the pumpkin marmalade in the refrigerator in a closed food container. Be sure to try making marmalade using this recipe and delight your loved ones with a tasty and healthy dessert.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Place all the ingredients on the table before starting the preparation.
- 2
Step 2

Immediately place the gelatin in a separate bowl, cover with cold water, stir, and let it swell for 30 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the pumpkin segment and remove the seeds. Cut the pumpkin flesh into small pieces, place in a pot with water, and cook until soft (about 15 minutes for me, starting from the time the water begins to boil).
- 4
Step 4

Drain the water from the boiled pumpkin pieces and transfer them to a suitable bowl. Add honey to the hot pieces.
- 5
Step 5

Mix the pumpkin and honey so that the heat from the pumpkin pieces causes the honey to become liquid.
- 6
Step 6

Using an immersion blender, blend the honey with the pumpkin until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- 7
Step 7

Meanwhile, place the swollen gelatin into a saucepan or skillet and, stirring constantly, melt it over the lowest heat, without bringing it to a boil.
- 8
Step 8

Pour the melted gelatin into the pumpkin mixture, add vanillin. Mix well.
- 9
Step 9

Line a convenient mold with plastic wrap, then place the marmalade mixture on top. Put the filled mold into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to set.
- 10
Step 10

Remove the set sheet of pumpkin jelly from the mold, cut into cubes of any desired size, and serve.
