Peach jelly
Description
Prepare peach jelly as follows: remove the pits from the peaches and simmer them covered until soft. Then blend the fruit with a blender and add citric acid and sugar. Cook over low heat. When the volume of the jelly reduces by about one-third of the original, pour it into molds, cover with parchment paper, and leave to dry for about 7–10 days. Cut the ready jelly into pieces, sprinkle with sugar, and serve with tea.
