Nettle jelly
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Even a small child knows that nettles "sting," but few realize that nettles are a treasure trove of vitamins and beneficial nutrients. Nettles rank first in vitamin C content, followed by blackcurrants and lemons. These qualities make nettle jelly candy especially appealing during winter. In just a few minutes, you'll have sweets ready for preventing respiratory illnesses. Serve chilled.
