Homemade Strawberry Marshmallow

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Homemade marshmallows can be made using gelatin or agar-agar. I suggest a marshmallow recipe with gelatin, shaped using decorative molds. For 500 ml of liquid berry mixture, you will need 20 grams of gelatin—slightly more than required for standard jelly. This amount yields about 30 marshmallows. The finished dessert is ready to serve.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    We clean the strawberries, sprinkle them with sugar, and blend them with a blender.

    Pour water into a saucepan and add gelatin. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly.

    When the gelatin has completely dissolved, pour in the strawberry purée, mix well, and remove from heat. You should end up with 500 ml of fruit purée with water and gelatin.
