Strawberry jelly candy
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you are using frozen strawberries, make sure to keep them at room temperature before cooking. Complete thawing is not required. First, wash and sort the berries, removing the stems. Second, crush the strawberries. If you want a smooth strawberry jelly, use a blender or grater; if you prefer jelly with berry pieces, simply chop them. Third, transfer the strawberries into a saucepan and add sugar. Place the saucepan over heat and cook the strawberries in sugar, stirring constantly. When the mixture begins to thicken, gradually add the thickener. Of course, gelatin must be dissolved in water beforehand. Continuously stirring, turn the strawberry mixture into a thick jelly. Then transfer the strawberry jelly onto a baking tray or a shallow baking dish. Leave it on the table until completely cooled, then place it in the refrigerator. If you wish to dry the jelly slightly, you can use the oven, but no longer than 30 minutes. It's best to dry jelly in the sun! But now that summer is over, any method will do. Enjoy your meal! The ready dessert can be served.
