Kiwi jelly candy
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Peel the kiwi and cut it into small pieces or blend it in a blender. Transfer the resulting mass into a saucepan and pour in water. Cook the kiwi for about five minutes, then add sugar and continue cooking over medium heat until thickened. Don't forget to constantly stir the kiwi jam! Pour the hot, thickened jam onto a flat baking tray and leave it to set on the kitchen counter. Once cooled, you can place it in the refrigerator to speed up the setting process. Additionally, if you'd like to slightly dry the kiwi jam, put it in the oven for 20–30 minutes, making sure it doesn't bake. That's how simple it is to make one of the most interesting desserts! Kiwi jam goes very well with coconut flakes. Since children especially love it, I always prepare it for kids' parties, use it to decorate baked goods, and add it to other desserts. The finished dessert is now ready to be served.
