
Melon jelly
Description
Prepare melon jelly as follows: cut the melon flesh into cubes, add vanilla and sugar, and let it stand for 2–3 hours. Then cook for 5 minutes, blend into a puree, bring to a boil, and set aside to infuse for 8–10 hours. The next day, add lemon juice, cook for 5 minutes, then pour in the bloomed gelatin heated in the microwave. Stir well and pour into molds. Place the molds in the refrigerator for several hours until the jelly is completely set. Then remove from the molds and serve.

Peel the melon and cut it into cubes.

Add the vanilla pod, sprinkle with sugar, and let it sit for a couple of hours to draw out the juice.

Then place the melon over heat, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes.

After that, blend the melon into a puree using a blender, bring to a boil once again, remove from heat after 3 minutes, and place in a cool place for 8–10 hours.
