Prepare the ingredients.

Blend the cranberries with sugar and water until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and add vanilla syrup. Heat the puree over medium heat until almost boiling.

Dissolve agar-agar in 2-3 tbsp of cold water.

Pour the agar-agar into a saucepan. Stir the puree gently with a whisk until it thickens. Bring to a boil and cook for about 1–2 minutes.

Pour the puree into molds. Leave to set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
