
Apricot jam
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare the jelly, remove the pits from apricots and boil them until soft. Then mash them into a puree, add sugar, and cook until the volume reduces by one third. Cool the mixture, add dissolved gelatin, bring to a boil, and pour into a mold. Place the jelly mold in the refrigerator for several hours. Cut the set jelly into cubes, sprinkle with sugar, and serve chilled.

Remove the pits from the apricot fruits, pour half the water over them, and cook until soft.

Then rub through a sieve, add sugar, and cook over low heat until reduced by one-third of the original volume. Cool the finished fruit puree to room temperature.

Dissolve the gelatin in the remaining water and add it to the puree. Then bring the jelly mixture to a boil and pour it into a mold for setting. Place the mold with the jelly in the refrigerator for several hours.
