
Sugar-free marmalade
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This recipe uses apricot puree. For winter preparation, apricot pieces are blended into a puree and frozen. With such a preparation, you can make various desserts all year round, including the jelly candy recipe I'm sharing today. Serve chilled.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour warm water over the gelatin and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Add honey to the apricot puree and mix.

Heat the gelatin with water to a temperature of 60-70 degrees, stirring continuously. Remove the pot from the heat. Once the gelatin has completely dissolved, add apricot puree with honey to the pot and mix well.

Pour the apricot mixture into molds and refrigerate for an hour.

Remove the set marmalade from the silicone molds and place it on a flat plate. Ready!
