Step 1

1. Fish marinated this way can be not only cooked over an open fire, but also baked or even fried. I used pangasius, a delicious fish considered to be dietary. First, the fish needs to be cleaned and thoroughly washed.

Step 2

2. Take a lemon and squeeze the juice from it; this will be the base of our marinade. Add salt and spices to the juice to taste. Meanwhile, cut the pangasius into pieces.

Step 3

3. Mix the fish with the marinade and let it sit for about 20 minutes (minimum) so that it marinates well.

Step 4

4. Now the fish is ready to be placed on the grill. This marinated pangasius, grilled over an open fire or barbecue, will be an excellent alternative to the "unhealthy" fatty dishes many of us are used to. I highly recommend trying this recipe. You'll discover that healthy and nutritious food can be incredibly delicious.
