Marinated onion with dill
Description
A juicy appetizer for a picnic or an outdoor outing will be ready in 5 minutes, but it needs to be chilled for 20–30 minutes so it loses its bitterness. Marinated onions can be prepared in advance and placed directly on a plate as a “cushion” for shish kebab or meat roasted on the grill or over a campfire. Serve with herbs and sauce.
