Marinated oyster mushrooms with bell pepper
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Pickled mushrooms have long been an indispensable appetizer at feasts. I suggest making pickled oyster mushrooms with bell pepper. The mushroom itself, in taste and firmness, resembles saffron milk cap, which is ideal for salting and pickling. Bell pepper also plays an important role in this dish. Its juicy, firm pieces, soaked in a marinade with a mushroom flavor, will make a wonderful appetizer at any feast. Serve the appetizer at the table.
