Description
Homemade preserves keep for a long time. Here is a simple recipe for marinated birch bolete caps. Prepare sterilized jars and lids in advance for storing the preserves. Store them in a cool place: refrigerator, cellar, or basement. They will be ready to eat in 2 weeks. Good luck.

Take birch boletes and cut the caps from the stems. Rinse the caps thoroughly and boil them in lightly salted water for 30 minutes.

Pack the mushrooms into sterilized jars and cover with hot marinade. Also pour 1 tbsp of boiling vegetable oil into each jar. Seal the jars with lids.

Store in a cool place.
