
Marinated mushrooms in soy sauce with garlic and dill
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A very tasty mushroom appetizer that you can easily prepare at home. If you love aromatic mushrooms, add ground coriander to the marinade; you can also add a little hot chili pepper for a zesty kick. It can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the mushrooms and dill thoroughly under running water.

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add a little salt, add the mushrooms, and cook for 3–4 minutes.

While the mushrooms are cooking, prepare the marinade. Pour soy sauce and vegetable oil into a deep bowl.

Add minced garlic and chopped dill, pepper the marinade.

Drain the water from the mushrooms, immediately transfer them to the marinade, and mix.

Transfer the mushrooms to a convenient jar, pour the marinade over them, and leave for three to four hours until fully cooled. You can put them in the refrigerator immediately after they have cooled.
