Marinated Tomatoes with Apples

30 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

A canning recipe without unnecessary fuss. Pickled tomatoes with apples taste very pleasant—not sour, not spicy. You might even think they were salted the old-fashioned way in a barrel. Making pickled tomatoes with apples is very simple and quick; the main thing is to have a perforated lid so it's easy to drain boiling water from the jars. Pour boiling water over the jars of tomatoes, wait 5 minutes—drain. Another 5 minutes—and the brine is ready. Quick and tasty. By the way, you don't even have to add vinegar. It will still be delicious! ;) Ready for winter storage.
