So, rinse the honey mushrooms several times under running water and drain them in a colander. Then put the mushrooms in a pot, cover with water, and cook for about 25–30 minutes.

While the mushrooms are cooking, prepare the marinade: pour a liter of water into a saucepan, add all the spices, dill, salt, and sugar, and boil the marinade for 5–7 minutes. Then add the vegetable oil and continue boiling for another 7–9 minutes. While the marinade is cooking, pour boiling water over the hot peppers twice.

Now, using a skimmer, we place the mushrooms in sterilized jars, add hot pepper, garlic, and vinegar essence, and pour the marinade over everything. Seal the jars tightly with lids, turn them upside down, and leave until completely cooled. Store the mushrooms in a dark, cool place.
