Sweet Pickled Cucumbers
Description
This simple recipe for pickled sweet cucumbers can be adjusted to your liking. I often change the sugar–salt–vinegar–spice ratio to get a slightly different flavor. Either way, you always end up with tasty pickled cucumbers—sweet, crisp, and better than store-bought—and, most importantly, much cheaper. Usually, 2.5 liters of brine are used for three kilograms of cucumbers. All other tips on how to pickle sweet cucumbers are in the recipe :) Good luck. Store in a cool, dark place.
