Pickled cucumbers for winter
Description
Perfect for winter storage. Here is a simple recipe for making pickled cucumbers for winter. Soak the cucumbers in cold water for 4 hours. Then pack the cucumbers into jars, adding herbs, pepper, mustard, and garlic. Prepare the marinade and pour it into the jars. Seal the jars and sterilize them in hot water for 5 minutes from the moment the water comes to a boil. Turn the jars upside down until completely cooled. Store the preserves in a dark, cool pantry. This makes 10 one-liter jars of cucumbers. Good luck! The jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.
